First time cleans will be billed at an hourly rate
Includes a deep clean of entire house including all furniture, baseboards and windows if client wants to include them. Appliances can be added but are generally included in a move out service.
scheduled cleaning price depends on distance, frequency and size of home to be cleaned after an initial deep clean has been performed.
Includes complete dust removal of all surfaces, inside/outside of all cabinets and drawers. Scraping of over spray paint on windows. Inside outside of all windows if they flip in. Complete dust removal on all floors. Haze removal on all tile surfaces. Home will be picture/ move in ready
Professional references available upon request
Cleaning products are plant based unless something more abrasive is needed to complete the job. Steam mop is used as well as micro fiber rags and micro fiber floor cleaner. A mop and bucket is never used
